What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain features across our backend and frontend
  • Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews
  • Work within our SCRUM process sprint planning, standups, retros
  • Design and consume REST APIs
  • Work with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) for data modeling and queries
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, QA, and product to ship features end to end
  • Stay current with modern JS/TS tooling and pick up new technologies as our stack evolves

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional or substantial project experience in software development
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field required

Required Skills:

  • Backend proficiency in at least one of: PHP/Laravel, Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI), or .NET/C#
  • JavaScript, React, Next.js
  • Git and version control workflows
  • REST API design and integration
  • SQL MySQL or PostgreSQL

Nice to Have:

  • TypeScript
  • Basic AWS / cloud familiarity
  • Testing experience (PHPUnit, Jest, or similar)
  • Exposure to Agile/SCRUM environments
