Evening Shift - 2pm - 11.30pm or 2.30pm - 12pm.
£5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS - paid in full on successful completion of your probation period
We're looking for a MET Technician to join our team and play a key role at Activate Accident Repair Birmingham, dismantling and reassembling accident-damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications and to the high standards our customers expect.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Carrying out the work detailed in the estimate, removing damaged components from the vehicle ready for repair or paint work
- Refitting repaired or replacement components, restoring the vehicle to pre-accident condition
- Delivering the highest standard of quality on every job
- Achieving manufacturer and/or estimated repair times
- Reporting all faults and defects noticed while working on vehicles
- Accurately recording all components, materials and consumables used
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- ATA or NVQ Level 3
- Good communication skills
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Good Health and Safety knowledge and awareness
- Good time management skills
- Relevant industry experience and time served as a repair technician
