Finance Onboarding

As a Finance Onboarding Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting client onboarding, contract administration, billing setup, and finance operations activities. Working closely with internal teams, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate client and billing information, supporting the setup of new services, and ensuring finance-related processes are completed accurately and within agreed timelines. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to multiple finance processes while developing the knowledge and skills required for future career progression within the Finance Onboarding function.

On a typical day, you’ll be…

• Client and Service Setup - Support the setup and maintenance of new and existing client accounts, ensuring all required information is accurately recorded within company systems and aligned with business requirements.
• Data Management and System Maintenance - Maintain and update client, contract, and billing information across relevant systems to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company processes.
• Billing Administration Support - Assist with the preparation and validation of billing-related information, ensuring all required documentation and data are available to support accurate invoicing and revenue recognition activities.
• Client Onboarding Support - Support the onboarding of new clients by coordinating required documentation, updating client information, and ensuring all onboarding activities are completed within agreed service timelines.
• Query Resolution and Stakeholder Support - Act as a key contact for operational queries from internal stakeholders, providing timely updates, investigating issues, and supporting resolution while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Process Coordination - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support finance and operational processes, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and deadlines are met.
• Month-End Support - Assist with activities required to support month-end financial processes, including data validation, reconciliations, reporting preparation, and other administrative tasks as required.
• Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and operational efficiency, while contributing to the development of best practices within the Finance Onboarding function.
• Business Continuity and Team Support - Provide support to team members during periods of high workload or absence and assist in ensuring key operational activities continue without disruption.
• Learning and Development - Build a strong understanding of Finance Onboarding processes, systems, and controls through ongoing training and practical experience. The role offers exposure to a broad range of finance and onboarding activities, providing a clear development pathway into more senior positions within the team.
• This role is designed as an entry-level position within the Finance Onboarding function and is ideal for individuals looking to develop a career in finance operations, client onboarding, billing administration, and process management.
