Account Manager (M/F)

The Account Manager manages recruitment needs for temp, CDD, and CDI for key account clients.

Recruitment

•Collect recruitment needs from clients

• Identify and exploit all recruitment sources corresponding to client needs: job boards, internal CV database, social networks, temp referrals, school relations

• •Create and manage a candidate pool
• •Perform sourcing and create alerts on job boards / internal CV database
• •Write/Publish recruitment ads on various channels
• •Select applications corresponding to client needs
• •Pre-qualify, evaluate, and interview candidates whose profile matches the client's need

• Validate candidate skills (tests, reference checks...)

• •Promote / Sell / Present selected applications to the client = Interview reports, HR feedback via email or phone
• •Ensure follow-up of the candidate's placement with the client

Client Loyalty

• •Be in regular contact with clients to maintain the relationship: weekly/monthly meetings, email, and client visits
• •Conduct regular reviews on client activity and current needs to gain visibility
• •Lunch invitations, events
• •Account prospecting: commercial monitoring, detecting new contacts, new projects, new markets
• •Follow up on proposed applications and the progress of recruitment processes

• If possible, present candidates to clients who do not necessarily match detected needs but who could interest them for other projects and create new needs = Push CV

Temp Follow-up

• Collect all information for the establishment of the employment contract
• Identification of temp needs in terms of training, equipment (PPE), tests...

• •Management of medical visits
• •Management and preparation of temp start-ups in their positions
• •Follow-up of temps on their mission: regular check-ins with the temp + agency check-in at the end of the mission
• •Anticipation of their mission end by proposing other positions
• •Follow-up of contract ends and extensions: administrative management of the temp file

The profile we are looking for

• You have 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a firm or temp agency
• You are dynamic, proactive, and a "Swiss Army knife"
• You enjoy versatility and client contact. You are comfortable with digital tools, job boards, and professional networks.
