Account Manager (M/F)

Actual Group is looking for a Recruitment Consultant (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI).

Based directly at our client's site, you will manage the relationship with them as well as with the temporary workers, and take charge of the entire recruitment process.

After theoretical training, you will join your hosted agency.

Your main missions

Analysis of client needs

• Take orders,
• Carry out job studies,
• Participate in the evaluation of positions within the company.

Implementation of the sourcing strategy

• Search for candidates internally via our dedicated tools,
• Identify profiles externally,
• Anticipate client needs by conducting targeted actions in partnership with local networks,
• Lead collective recruitment sessions.

Delegation and loyalty of temporary workers

• Recruit candidates, with the possibility of having them take tests,
• Welcome temporary workers on site and monitor their integration,
• Ensure their health and safety through awareness-raising actions on occupational risks,
• Build adapted professional training paths,
• Monitor the smooth running of assignments.

Administrative management of temporary workers

• Manage administrative files (DPAE, medical visits) and ensure they are up to date,
• Draw up employment contracts,
• Maintain the link with the management center (timesheets, advance payment requests, etc.).

Client loyalty

• Ensure personalized follow-up and measure satisfaction,
• Implement "proactive" placement actions,
• Act as an advisor and be a driving force for proposals.

Profile sought

• You have 1 to 2 years of mandatory experience in a similar position, ideally within a hosted agency.
• You have significant experience in recruitment, with the ability to manage a complete process.
• You master interview, sourcing, and selection techniques.
