Our agency ACTUAL MOULINS is looking for an accounting assistant (M/F) for a client based in Molinet. Your main missions:
- Entry and monitoring of customer invoicing
- Processing of customer and supplier requests
- Recording of payments and customer reminders
- Monitoring of monthly dashboards
- Management and tracking of customer orders
- Administrative monitoring of maintenance cases
- Entry of accounting and analytical entries
Conditions
- Contract: Interim 35h00
- Hours: From Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 12:00 PM / 1:30 PM 4:30 PM
- Hourly rate: according to profile
- Start date: as soon as possible
