The agency ACTUAL EXPERTS GD LILLE is looking for a talented Baker (M/F) to join our client's team based in PETITE FORET.
As part of this one-week assignment starting in November, you will work on a 35-hour per week basis.
Your daily missions
Your main role will be to prepare quality products. Your activities will include mixing ingredients, separating dough portions, and shaping your breads. You will also ensure the baking of breads and pastries while guaranteeing rigorous maintenance of your workspace and equipment.

To excel as a Baker (M/F), you demonstrate a real passion for bread making and mastery of the manufacturing steps, from kneading to baking. You possess technical mastery of bread-making techniques and a rigorous respect for food hygiene and safety rules.
The ideal candidate ideally has a CAP Boulanger diploma or significant experience in an artisanal or industrial environment. Your rigor, your sense of organization, and your ability to work independently or in a team are essential assets. You are capable of managing production rates while ensuring the constant quality of the products offered to our customers.
