Join a dynamic international law firm! As a Billing Officer (M/F), you will have the following missions
- Guarantee compliance with the terms of agreements and contracts binding the firm and the managed partners.
- Ensure the monitoring of outstanding amounts, expenses to be billed, monthly file data, and the status of unpaid invoices in liaison with the partners.
- Prepare, file, and send detailed invoices (in French and/or English).
- Regularly update data related to client files.
- Act as an interface with the collection department.
With at least a Bac +2 level of education, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position or in accounting. Technical skills Fluent English (written and spoken). Proficiency in office tools, especially good knowledge of Excel. Proficiency in billing software / ERP (knowledge of SAP is a plus). Personal skills Organization, rigor, and ease with numbers. Interpersonal skills, communication sense, pedagogy, and listening skills. Reactivity, autonomy, and respect for deadlines. Team spirit and service-oriented mindset.
