Our client, an SME specializing in the construction and renovation of houses (290 employees, 19 companies), operating in all building trades, is looking for a Carpenter Team Leader (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI).
Within a dynamic and friendly team, under the responsibility of the manager, your missions will be as follows
- Organize the work of the teams in the field
- Installation of exterior and interior joinery for private individuals or professionals
- Lead and motivate the teams on a daily basis
- Ensure the proper use of equipment and tools
- Prepare the various construction sites
- Respect deadlines
Profile
- With a technical background, ideally in Carpentry, you have at least 3 years of experience in the field.
- You are proficient in reading blueprints and in the execution techniques for masonry works and site monitoring.
- Your excellent interpersonal skills and leadership will allow you to unite and manage your team effectively.
You will have the choice of managing an interior or exterior carpentry team.
Remuneration
- Fixed: 2300 to 2800 euros gross monthly, negotiable according to profile and experience
