Construction Site Manager (M/F)

Reporting to the Design Office Manager and in close collaboration with the project managers, you are the guarantor of the financial and technical feasibility of our projects.

• Analyze consultation files (CCTP, plans, specifications).
• Perform precise measurements from architect plans or site surveys.
• Consult suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing conditions.
• Establish detailed costings and prepare quantitative/estimated quotes.
• Optimize costs by proposing economic technical variants while respecting quality.
• Transmit the technical and financial file to the site managers when launching the project.

• Education: Diploma at Bac+2 to Bac+3 level in Construction Economics, Architectural Environment Fitting (BTS ERA), or equivalent.
• Experience: You have a first successful experience (3 to 5 years) in a similar position, ideally in the fitting-out, carpentry, or finishing works sector.
• Technical skills: Perfect plan reading, mastery of costing techniques, and ease with IT tools (Excel, price study software, knowledge of CAD/CAM software is a plus). Autocad, Sketchup, and TopSolid. Batigest is appreciated.
• Desired qualities: Absolute rigor, analytical mind, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external partners.
