Customer Service Representative (M/F)

Your main missions

As a key contact, you will handle customer reception and qualify requests with responsiveness. You will manage the entire order process (quotes, entry, complaints) while acting as the key interface between customers and internal departments. Your role is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and the reliability of commercial data.

Conditions and benefits

You will join a structured organization with a gross annual salary of 24 680 euros, supplemented by a 13th month and an annualization bonus. Your working time is 37 hours per week, allowing you to benefit from 11 RTT days per year. To excel as a Customer Service Representative (m/f), you must hold a Level III qualification (Bac +2

• BTS, DUT or equivalent), demonstrating a solid academic foundation to understand the challenges of customer relations.
