Electrical Site Manager (M/F)

Presentation: We are recruiting for our client, a company specializing in electrical installations, an Electrical Site Manager (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI), based near Langres (52). Reporting to the Manager, you will manage several electrical construction sites, from preparation to handover, ensuring their profitability, compliance with deadlines, and safety.

Your missions

• Prepare construction sites: analysis of plans, budgets, schedules, and material orders.
• Supervise field teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ensure financial monitoring: budgets, margins, work progress reports, and additional work.
• Participate in site meetings and manage client relations.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards and HSE rules, until the handover of the works.

Profile sought

• Bac+2/3 degree in electrotechnics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in site management or electrical construction management.
• Good knowledge of high current (CFO) and low current (CFA), reading of electrical plans.
• Autonomy, rigor, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Driving license B mandatory. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.

Conditions

• CDI 39h/week.
• Remuneration: 35,000 to 45,000 € gross/year depending on experience.
