In liaison with the design office and construction teams, you will be mainly responsible for
Analyzing market documents and technical choices selected for HVAC projects.
Verifying the consistency of plans, calculation notes, and technical constraints.
Anticipating execution constraints related to work phasing, interfaces between different lots, and regulatory requirements.
Creating and updating execution plans and diagrams necessary for the installation.
Performing technical calculations using dedicated software, particularly for equipment sizing.
Compiling technical files including plans, diagrams, and technical data sheets.
Preparing and finalizing as-built documentation (DOE).
Participating in kickoff meetings and technical exchanges with various stakeholders.
Providing technical support to site managers and construction foremen.
Carrying out surveys and adjustments on-site when necessary.
Communicating with suppliers to identify the most suitable technical solutions.
Ensuring the compliance of studies with current standards and regulations.
Proposing technical optimizations to facilitate the execution of works.
Monitoring the progress of studies and respecting document production deadlines.
Organizing the technical handover between the design office and construction teams.

Do you hold a technical degree in climate engineering, thermal engineering, or HVAC?Do you have experience in an HVAC execution design office and wish to apply your skills to tertiary projects?
You are particularly proficient in
Creating technical plans and diagrams.
Execution studies in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
CAD and computer-aided design tools, particularly Revit depending on the work environment.
Calculation and installation sizing software.
Reading and analyzing plans and technical documents.
Standards and regulations applicable to HVAC installations, particularly DTU and RE 2020 requirements.
Compiling technical files and DOE.
Experience in an HVAC execution design office is expected, with good mastery of design tools and technical constraints related to construction sites.
