Reporting to the agency located in Templemars, you will be mainly responsible for
Managing and developing a client portfolio by ensuring the loyalty of existing clients and prospecting for new opportunities.
Identifying client needs and proposing technical solutions adapted to their HVAC projects.
Collaborating with the design office to prepare commercial offers and calculate project costs.
Preparing technical and financial proposals while taking into account site constraints.
Participating in commercial negotiations and ensuring the follow-up of offers until orders are obtained.
Managing projects from their launch to their completion.
Supervising and coordinating implementation teams to ensure the proper execution of work.
Ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, contractual commitments, and quality requirements.

Do you hold a degree in climate engineering, thermal engineering, or HVAC? Do you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in project management for HVAC installations in the tertiary sector?
You are proficient in
Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installations.
Costing and preparation of technical and commercial offers.
Financial management and monitoring of project profitability.
Business development and client negotiation.
Project management and coordination of implementation teams.
Monitoring of work, deadlines, and budgets.
Quality and safety requirements specific to construction sites.
Proven experience in HVAC project management is essential, with a good command of the technical, commercial, and financial aspects of the position.
