Sales Manager (M/F)

Reporting to the France Sales Director, you will manage, lead, and develop a team of 4 pharmaceutical representatives (M/F) (Paris, North, East sector).

As a true strategic and managerial link in the field, you will implement the sales policy to maximize regional performance (Sell-in / Sell-out) and negotiate with regional key accounts.

On a daily basis, your action revolves around 4 major pillars

• Management & field support: manage your team of pharmaceutical representatives daily (coaching, duo visits, joint tours), lead regional sales meetings, conduct individual interviews, and support skills development (product training, sales techniques, and merchandising).
• Strategic implementation & performance management: translate national guidelines into regional action plans, manage sales indicators (Sell-in, Sell-out, DN), monitor dashboards, and adapt actions to achieve revenue targets.
• Development of regional key accounts: negotiate and secure agreements with regional pharmacy groups and strategic multi-owner structures, while ensuring compliance with the pricing policy.
• Proximity & Talent integration: participate in the recruitment, integration, and retention of new representatives in your sector.

Experience and training

• Education: 2 to 5-year degree in Business or Sales.
• Experience:
  • If you are a Pharmaceutical Representative (M/F): successful experience with a mandatory initial managerial or mentoring dimension (support, supervision of trainees, team facilitation).
  • If you are a Sales Manager (M/F) or Regional Director (M/F): confirmed experience in the role (minimum 5 years).
• Sector: Imperative experience with pharmacy/parapharmacy clients. Knowledge of the cosmetics industry is a real plus.

• Mastery of the pharmacy network, negotiations with regional pharmacy groups, and pharmacy targeting (GERS / deciles).
• Mastery of network commercial performance indicators.
• Ease in analyzing sectoral data and managing dashboards.

• Leadership, coaching posture, humility, and ability to unite a team of traveling sales representatives.
• Agility, entrepreneurial spirit, and adherence to the company's eco-responsibility values.

Proposed conditions

• Remuneration: package consisting of a fixed salary (45K€ to 55K€ depending on experience) + variable at 100% of 15K€ (uncapped up to 24K€).
• Benefits: company vehicle (SUV automatic type), MacBook, iPhone, coverage of travel expenses (overnight allowance 120€, meal 20€).
• Organization: executive status on a day-based contract. Regular travel in the Western Zone and 3 annual seminars at the headquarters in Brittany (April, August, December).
