As part of a contract, you will work on a 39-hour per week basis.
The salary will be defined during an interview.
Your main missions will be as follows
Management and coordination: You supervise a team of employees with kindness and dynamism.
Performance: You scrupulously ensure the quality and productivity of your production line.
Planning: You are responsible for respecting the schedule and maintaining delivery deadlines.
Related activities
- Evaluate the needs of your line during the project start-up phase (personnel,
equipment, workspace)
- Manage the personnel assigned to you
- Lead your line and participate in production
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety rules at work
- Optimize the Quality, Cost, and Delivery parameters of your production line
- Enter production and stock information into the ERP
- Compile the traceability file for the products for which you are
responsible.
- Ensure the proper functioning of your line's equipment and alert the
maintenance manager if necessary.
- Ensure the proper closing of your line at the end of the day (cleanliness, tidying up).

To fill the position of Team Leader (m/f), we are looking for an experienced collaborator with a solid experience of 3 to 5 years in operational management. Your expertise will allow you to lead your teams with ease and ensure rigorous production monitoring.

The ideal candidate holds a Level III Title (Bac +2
- BTS, DUT or equivalent in management), attesting to their organizational and technical management skills.
We expect a profile with excellent leadership, capable of uniting their collaborators around common goals while ensuring compliance with safety rules and established deadlines.
