Temporary Chef de Partie (M/F)

As part of assignments within exceptional establishments and events (Parisian palaces, gourmet restaurants, private clubs, or prestigious catering receptions), we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie (M/F).

A true pillar of the brigade, you are responsible for managing your station (hot, cold, pantry, or pastry) and ensuring the excellence of the services, whether for meticulous plated service or large-scale events.

Your missions

• Manage, organize, and lead your station (supplies, mise en place, service)
• Ensure the preparation and plating of dishes with rigor, precision, and elegance
• Adapt to the specific requirements of each environment (intense pace of catering, excellence of the palace, confidentiality of the private club)
• Supervise, train, and motivate the commis and apprentices attached to your station
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene (HACCP) and food safety standards
• Control the quality and freshness of raw materials and optimize stock management
• Ensure perfect liaison and communication with the rest of the brigade

• Proven experience required as a Chef de Partie in high-end establishments (palaces, Michelin-starred houses, luxury caterers, or 4/5* hotels)

• Perfect mastery of culinary techniques, cooking methods, plating, and high-volume service
• As the establishment is difficult to access by public transport during shift start times, personal transport is essential to get to the site

• Great versatility, ability to adapt quickly to various brigades and work environments

• Rigor, precision in movement, and a keen sense of detail

• Natural leadership, team spirit, and a sense of knowledge transfer

• Excellent stress management during peak hours or major events
