Our team of experts specializing in climate engineering is supporting its client, based in Rennes, in the recruitment of their future HVAC Works Project Manager / Drafter (M/F) on a permanent contract.
Start date: As soon as possible
Your main missions
- Respond to calls for tenders.
- Carry out project costing.
- Ensure the sizing of installations and the development of execution plans, which represent 50% of the position.
- Ensure site monitoring.
- Participate in site meetings.
You have a background in climate engineering (Bac +2/3) and at least 3 years of experience. You master the technical aspects of HVAC installations as well as REVIT, AutoCAD, Word, and Excel software. You are autonomous, rigorous, organized, versatile, and proactive.
Contract: Permanent contract / 39-hour week position. Remuneration: 35 to 45 K€ gross annual depending on profile. Benefits: RTT, health insurance, and professional benefits.
