Executive chef needed for an upmarket boutique hotel with 39 rooms, a restaurant seating 68 people comfortably, boma area with conferencing facilities.

There is a full Wellness centre (That is the focus of this establishment) with spa facility as well as yoga retreat spaces.

Will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu development and food quality.
