  • Pengalaman dalam implementari jaringan
  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan people management yang baik.
  • Menguasai troubleshooting hardware, software, network, dan operating system.
  • Memahami incident management, escalation handling, dan root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Memahami konsep dasar dan implementasi LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, Trunking, STP, Routing, NAT, DHCP, DNS, VPN, dan QoS.
  • Familiar dengan monitoring tools, remote support tools, serta knowledge base management.
  • Memahami networking, infrastructure, dan dasar cloud/security menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki problem solving, analytical thinking, dan komunikasi yang baik.
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target, pressure, dan koordinasi lintas divisi.
