Internship Events & Marketing

1. Event Planning & Execution Support

•  Assist in organizing and executing practice-specific events from planning to post-event reporting.
•  Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for event logistics, materials, and branding requirements.
•  Support on-ground event management including setup, registration, and stakeholder coordination.
•  Maintain and update event trackers and ensure timely communication across teams

2. Marketing Coordination

•  Help execute marketing plans tailored to specific practices, working closely with internal stakeholders.
•  Contribute to the development of promotional materials and event assets.
•  Research industry trends and best practices to support event ideas.

3. Administrative & Reporting Support

•  Draft and raise Purchase Orders (POs) and Business Cases (BCs) for events and marketing-related purchases.
•  Assist with data entry, document filing, and coordination of approval workflows.
•  Support in compiling reports, post-event feedback, and performance summaries.
•  Maintain accurate records in trackers and folders for all event-related materials.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

•  Liaise with design, finance, and practice teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
•  Participate in regular team check-ins, brainstorms, and project planning sessions.
•  Learn the dynamics of internal collaboration and project alignment across departments.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, Customer Experience, Hospitality, or a related field. 
• Strong interest in customer experience, event management, marketing, or client engagement. 
• Available to commit to the internship for 3 to 6 months. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus. 
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage). 
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting on-site events when required. 
• Prior experience in organizing events, student clubs, volunteer work, or marketing projects is an advantage but not mandatory.
