Roles & Responsibilities

• Counsel students and aspirants preparing for government competitive examinations and guide them toward suitable courses based on their preparation needs and career goals.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students and generate course enrolments.
• Explain course features, benefits, pricing, and available offerings related to government exam preparation.
• Promote and sell online courses for government examinations such as SSC, Banking, Railway, Teaching, Defence, and other competitive exams.
• Understand student requirements, address queries, and recommend relevant courses to maximize conversions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads and ensure timely conversion of enquiries into enrolments.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions using CRM tools.
• Ensure a positive student experience through professional communication and effective counselling.
• This is a complete in-office role with no work-from-home option.

Requirements

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate preferred.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling high-volume calls and counselling students over the phone.
• Interest in government competitive examinations and awareness of exams such as SSC, Banking, Railway, or Teaching will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or educational sales is preferred; freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve sales objectives.
• Willingness to work full-time from the Gurugram office.
