What’s the mission you’ll drive
Lead Addi’s Capital Markets Analytics & Reporting function by taking end-to-end ownership of covenant monitoring, debt and cash forecasting, and pre-launch funding viability assessments for new products and credit facilities. Elevate operational precision by scaling a high-performing two-person analyst team and embedding AI-driven automation into reporting workflows, acting as an independent, risk-mitigating counterpart to CMO Servicing as Addi expands its funding infrastructure.
What you will do
Achieve 100% timely, accurate sign-offs on servicing reports and covenant compliance across all active debt facilities (GS, VPC, BBVA, Citi, JPM, GS FF) by establishing independent automated verification protocols, resulting in zero unflagged breaches or lender audit observations within the first 6 months.
Reduce cash/liquidity forecast variance to within ±3% by redesigning and continuously refining CMO’s rolling cash flow and dynamic borrowing base models, resulting in optimized capital allocation and enhanced liquidity visibility over the next 12 months.
Ensure 100% capital efficiency and covenant readiness for product launches by establishing structured pre-launch funding viability assessments in partnership with New Money and Product teams, delivering impact assessments for all new products within the agreed-upon SLA.
Build a high-performing analytics team within 6 months by hiring, onboarding, and mentoring 2 Senior Business Analysts, resulting in clear career pathways and 80% operational autonomy across daily reporting workflows.
Streamline onboarding and operational readiness for new credit facilities by driving analytical alignment across Finance, Risk, Legal, and Lenders, ensuring 100% compliance readiness prior to facility activation.
What we’re looking for
Proven track record of driving capital markets and structured finance analytics (MUST HAVE)
Demonstrates deep expertise in borrowing base mechanics, debt facility structuring, and complex covenant frameworks across warehouse and structured debt facilities in asset-heavy fintech or banking environments.
Analyzes complex, loan-level financial data to identify trends, mitigate covenant exposure, and drive strategic capital allocation decisions.
Navigates accounting practices and regulatory constraints in high-growth credit ecosystems with speed and high precision.
Demonstrates ability to execute advanced SQL and large-scale data analysis (MUST HAVE)
Writes and audits complex SQL queries against massive, loan-level datasets (Snowflake/Databricks) to validate data pipelines and guarantee absolute data integrity.
Combines hands-on querying expertise with advanced Excel/Sheets financial modeling to audit data pipelines without requiring full data science overhead.
Translates raw multi-table database extracts into clean, executive-ready financial models and analytical reports.
Possesses strong capabilities in AI-driven automation and risk oversight (MUST HAVE)
Identifies and executes high-impact opportunities where AI/LLM-based automation replaces manual overhead across covenant monitoring and forecasting workflows.
Directs senior analysts in building and deploying automated monitoring/reporting agents while enforcing strict human-in-the-loop review protocols.
Applies a zero-failure risk mindset to evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs before they reach external institutional lenders or senior leadership.
Track record of leading and developing analytical talent (PREFERRED)
Recruits, mentors, and retains top-tier business analysts (2+ direct reports), establishing clear operational ownership, quality standards, and career pathways.
Fosters a culture of extreme ownership, continuous technical learning, and operational autonomy across daily reporting workflows.
Experienced in high-stakes stakeholder management and executive communication (MUST HAVE)
Communicates complex financial concepts, risks, and facility performance clearly to executive leadership and international institutional lenders.
Demonstrates full professional English proficiency to lead technical, legal, and operational conversations across global credit markets.
Has solid expertise in maintaining a zero-failure risk mindset and detail-oriented ownership (MUST HAVE)
Treats every lender report, covenant check, and data feed with extreme rigor, recognizing that reporting errors carry real structural and legal exposure.
Maintains an independent control perspective over execution teams, ensuring uncompromising accuracy across all recurring compliance processes.

How the hiring process looks like

Step 1: People Interview (30 min) A conversation with a recruiter to get to know you, your experience, and what you're looking for. We’ll also share more about Addi, our culture, and the role.
Step 2: Initial Interview (45 min) A more in-depth conversation with our Capital market manager, where we explore your skills, experience, and problem-solving approach. We want to understand how you think and work.
Step 3: Live business case (60 min) . A hands-on session designed to assess your analytical thinking and how you work with AI in your day-to-day. We'll explore your SQL skills through a live exercise.
Step 4: Deep dive interview (45min)
You'll meet future colleagues and cross-functional team members to get a feel for how we work together. We’re looking for strong contributors and cultural fits, so bring your questions, too!
Step 6: Co-Founder Interview (30 min) If there’s a strong match, you’ll have a final conversation with our Founder to align on expectations, cultural fit and ensure mutual excitement. From there, we’ll move quickly to an offer and discuss next steps.
