What’s the mission you’ll drive
Scale Addri, Addi’s AI-powered conversational assistant, from a support-focused prototype into the primary, unified in-app interface through which millions of customers shop, manage credit, make payments, and resolve issues. This role leverages Addi’s closed-loop data advantage, including first-party identity, credit line or cupo, order history, and payment schedules, to convert complex app flows into natural, grounded, and trust-building conversational interactions.
What you will do
Launch In-App & Raise Quality: Bring Addri live to establish a continuous review cadence, driving up AI resolution rates and CSAT while reducing support ticket load.
Conversational Shopping: Launch product discovery and purchase-assist flows to increase task completion and conversion with honest recommendations.
Conversational Banking & Credit: Deploy credit line, balance, and payment flows with high response accuracy and strict escalation guardrails.
Evaluation Foundation: Build robust test sets, LLM-judge frameworks, and pre-launch quality gates to guarantee zero ungated releases.
Trust, Safety & Grounding: Partner with Risk, Data, and Legal to define grounding data sources, action confirmation mechanics, and compliance protocols.
Strategic Roadmap & Business Case: Deliver a comprehensive business case quantifying cost savings and conversion impact to guide future investment.
What we’re looking for
LLM Product Scale: Track record of shipping customer-facing LLM products (assistants, agents) beyond demos, mastering end-to-end conversational flows and failure handling.
Continuous Improvement Mindset: Proven ability to scale early-stage products, navigate ambiguity without a playbook, and drive iterative improvements post-launch.
Rigorous AI Evaluation: Deep experience establishing evaluation frameworks (test sets, LLM-as-a-judge, human review) and defining strict quality thresholds per use case.
Deep Data Science & ML Partnership: Technical fluency in RAG, embeddings, prompting, and tool-use to collaborate effectively with ML engineers on product decisions.
Trust & Safety Guardrails: Experience deploying AI in high-stakes environments, implementing human handoffs, privacy protections, and safety limits for critical actions.
Bilingual Capability (Spanish/English): Native fluency in Colombian Spanish to judge tone and local nuances accurately, paired with fluent professional English.
Daily AI Fluency: Active hands-on usage of modern AI tools, staying ahead of model capabilities, limitations, and industry developments.

How the hiring process looks like
We believe in a fast, transparent, and engaging hiring experience that allows both you and us to determine if there's a great fit. Here’s what our process looks like:
Step 1: People Interview (30 min) A conversation with a recruiter to get to know you, your experience, and what you're looking for. We’ll also share more about Addi, our culture, and the role.
Step 2: Initial Interview (45 min) A more in-depth conversation with the hiring manager, where we explore your skills, experience, and problem-solving approach. We want to understand how you think and work.
Step 3: Deep Dive Interviews (30-45 min each) You'll meet future colleagues and cross-functional team members to get a feel for how we work together. We’re looking for strong contributors and cultural fits, so bring your questions, too!
Step 4: Live Business Case (60 minutes) You may receive a real-world challenge or case study to complete. This is a chance to showcase your expertise and how you approach key problems relevant to the role.
Step 5: Co-Founder Interview If there’s a strong match, you’ll have a final conversation with our Founder to align on expectations, cultural fit and ensure
