Teamlead Artificial Intelligence [M/F/D]

Your mission

• You take on technical and disciplinary leadership of the AI team and foster an open, collaborative work culture
• You are in charge of designing, architecting and implementing scalable, maintainable and production-ready AI solutions
• You oversee the entire end-to-end AI lifecycle from identifying relevant use cases to data preparation, model development, deployment and monitoring
• You ensure smooth integration of AI solutions into existing systems such as ERP, CRM or data platforms
• You carry out reviews of code, models and architecture and document them
• You manage project schedules, milestones and deliverables and report directly to management

Your profile

• You bring several years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning or data science, ideally with end-to-end project responsibility
• You have excellent skills in Python and common machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• You understand data preparation, feature engineering, model evaluation and experiment design
• You have experience running AI solutions productively including MLOps, CI/CD, containerisation and cloud environments
• You are familiar with integrating AI solutions into existing system landscapes such as APIs, microservices and enterprise systems
• You work in a structured way, take responsibility and enjoy leading teams and successfully bringing AI solutions into live operation
