ADIA Local Scholarship Program
The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) Local Scholarship Program supports high potential UAE National students who wish to pursue undergraduate studies in Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics at selected universities within the UAE.
ADIA is a global investment institution with a mission to sustain the long-term prosperity of the UAE through disciplined investment and the development of national talent. Through this scholarship, ADIA aims to build future capabilities by supporting students in priority academic disciplines aligned with the organization’s long term needs.
This scholarship is offered to female & male students admitted to Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics majors at the following UAE based universities:
- UAE University
- Khalifa University
- Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi
- New York University Abu Dhabi
Applicants may apply once they have secured, or are in the process of securing, admission to one of the listed universities.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to additional assessments and interviews, where applicable.
Applications must be submitted by 5 June 2026 to be considered for the 2026 selection cohort.
Requirements
Eligibility
- UAE National students
- Intending to study Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics
- Enrolling at one of the listed UAE universities
If selected for the scholarship, male students must complete National Service before joining the scholarship.
Documents Required
- Applicants must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:
- CV
- Passport copy (including unified number page, downloaded from the UAEICP App)
- Emirates ID (both sides, downloaded from the UAEICP App)
- Family Book (Family Information page showing family sequence number and city code, from the UAEICP App)
- High School transcripts for Grades 9, 10, 11, and 12 (Including IB, A Levels, IGCSE, AP, or other external examination results if applicable)
- IELTS Academic certificate (if available)
All document files must not exceed 5MB each.
