Presales Data & Campaign Solution Architect

Job Description

Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving multiple customer

opportunities in parallel and Prepare compelling proposals with technical solutions design,

engagement & execution approach, timelines , estimates. Lead deep discovery sessions with clients

to understand their key business needs, implementation use cases and technical requirements.

Communicate confidently and pro-actively with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the

pre-sales cycle.

This role bridges business strategy and technical implementation, ensuring scalable, secure, and

high-performing marketing orchestration solutions that drive personalization, engagement, and

measurable business outcomes.

Excellent customer-facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving consensus from senior

executives (managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs) .

Technology focus : Campaign solutions - Adobe Campaign standard / classic v7, v8 & Adobe

Journey Optimizer (AJO). Should have experience in selling campaign implementations,

replatforming and campaign operations.

Architecture & Design :

• Design end-to-end campaign and journey orchestration solutions across email, SMS, push, web, in-app, paid media, and offline channels.
• Architect scalable data models, segmentation frameworks, and personalization strategies.
• Define real-time and batch data ingestion patterns (CDP, CRM, ERP, data lake, streaming).
• Ensure proper data governance, privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and consent handling.
• Ensure solution scalability for high volumes. Platform expertise :
• Configure journeys, workflows, triggers, event-based campaigns, and decisioning logic.
• Architect integrations with: o CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) o CDPs (AEP, Tealium, Segment, etc.) o Data warehouses/lakes o APIs and streaming systems
• Offer Decisioning, Identity Service management, XDM Understanding
• Real time event configuration Deliverability & Channel Governance
• Define email and mobile channel best practices.email , sms , push , social
• Ensure sender reputation management and deliverability optimization.
• Architect suppression logic, frequency caps, and contact policies.
