Principal Product Manager (DSP Advertising)

Adobe Advertising's DSP powers programmatic advertising for the world's leading brands and agencies across Display, Video, Audio, and CTV. We're seeking a Principal Product Manager to own platform strategy across partner integrations, GenAI-powered creative, usability, and the agentic AI systems reshaping how customers troubleshoot and optimize campaigns.

As Principal PM, you'll set direction across multiple initiatives, mentor other PMs, and represent the platform to executives and customers. Focus areas may shift based on product priorities.

What You'll Own

Platform Core & Integrations - Prioritize and lead partner integrations and oRTB protocol upgrades; own build-vs-partner tradeoffs and represent integration strategy to partners and standards bodies.

Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation - Co-lead the platform's agentic product suite (troubleshooting and insights agents). Define what trustworthy agent behavior looks like for a high-stakes ad platform; partner with data science and engineering on architecture (async handling, session recovery); design guided UX for non-technical users; validate agent quality through structured betas.

Platform Usability - Identify and simplify time-consuming, non-intuitive workflows across a data-intensive platform.

Prerequisites

• 10+ years overall experience, including 8+ years in Product Management, with time operating at senior/principal scope.
• Deep programmatic advertising expertise - hands-on experience building DSP, SSP, or Exchange products, fluent in oRTB and bid-stream economics.
• Agentic/AI product experience - has shipped an LLM-powered or agentic feature, owning decisions on reliability, evaluation, guardrails, and AI-output UX.
• Frontend-intensive product experience - designing intuitive workflows for data-heavy products.
• Track record leading partner integrations, weighing customer value against implementation cost.
• Strong executive and customer-facing communication.
