Technical Support Consultant (Campaign)

Responsibilities:

• Work on a World-Class Enterprise Product: Adobe Experience Cloud is one of the leading digital experience platforms used by global enterprises. Working on Adobe Campaign provides exposure to enterprise-grade marketing technology and large-scale customer implementations.
• Leverage Existing Technical Skills: Apply your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, SQL, browser developer tools, and debugging to troubleshoot complex customer issues and integrations.
• Transition from Development to Solution Engineering: Move beyond feature development and contribute by solving production issues, optimizing implementations, and ensuring customer success with enterprise products.
• Build Strong Troubleshooting Skills: Investigate production incidents, analyze logs, debug API failures, resolve integration issues, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on real-world enterprise problems.
• Gain Exposure to Enterprise Architecture: Understand how large organizations integrate Adobe Campaign with CRMs, CDPs, authentication systems, APIs, and third-party marketing platforms.
• Learn the Adobe Experience Cloud Ecosystem: Develop expertise in Adobe Campaign while gaining exposure to complementary Adobe solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Target.
• Work with Global Enterprise Customers: Interact directly with enterprise customers across different industries, understand their business challenges, and provide technical guidance to ensure successful product adoption.
• Strengthen API and Integration Knowledge: Work extensively with REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, webhooks, data integrations, and enterprise workflows; key skills for modern software systems.
• Enhance SQL and Data Analysis Skills: Use SQL to investigate data issues, validate campaign records, troubleshoot audience data, and support enterprise-level reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, QA, and Professional Services to resolve customer issues and improve the overall product experience.
• Improve Customer Communication Skills: Learn to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while managing customer expectations effectively. Work on Real Business-Critical Problems: Support marketing campaigns that directly impact customer engagement, digital marketing, and revenue for enterprise organizations worldwide.
