We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Account Manager who will join our Adtran Iberia sales team. The successful candidate will support the management and growth of an assigned portfolio of customers and partners, identify new business opportunities, and help deliver revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and develop relationships with existing customers and partners to ensure high level of satisfaction and retention.

· Support sales activities aimed at achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.

· Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within assigned accounts.

· Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and marketing-generated opportunities.

· Prepare sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and customer documentation.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.

· Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline updates, and forecasts within the CRM system.

· Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and sales negotiations under the guidance of senior team members.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

· Assist in the preparation of account plans and territory development strategies.

· Assist in implementing a local communication plan with the support of local PR agencies.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.

· 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or business development.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

· Good organizational and time management skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

· Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Fluent in Spanish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

· Previous experience in B2B sales or customer-facing roles.

· Knowledge of sales methodologies and account management practices.

· Experience working in a technology, software, services, or consulting environment.

· Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management.
