Senior Customer Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Customer Engineer to join Aduna's Customer Engineering team, where Product, Engineering, customers, and CSPs come together to solve complex integration and platform challenges.

In this role, you will work directly with customers, telecom operators, and internal teams to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and help shape the evolution of Aduna's platform. You will take ownership of challenging technical problems, bridge the gap between customer needs and product capabilities, and help ensure that real-world market requirements become scalable platform solutions.

What You'll Do

• Analyze customer and CSP requirements that fall outside Aduna's standard product capabilities and assess technical feasibility.
• Design technical solutions and platform adaptations while maintaining alignment with CAMARA, TM Forum, and Open Gateway standards where possible.
• Work directly with customer integration teams and CSP engineering counterparts to troubleshoot issues, answer technical questions, and drive successful integrations.
• Translate market requirements into clear technical recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
• Identify recurring integration patterns and help determine which capabilities should become standard product features.
• Contribute to the evolution of Network API standards through insights gained from customer and CSP engagements.
• Build and maintain technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and reference implementations.
• Support customer prototyping and early-stage solution validation activities.
• Create technical documentation, design recommendations, and engineering requirements that support product development and market delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to ensure customer and operator feedback influences future platform development.
• Share knowledge and best practices across the Customer Engineering team to continuously improve how the function operates.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required

• Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in API integration, solution architecture, platform engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• Deep understanding of modern APIs, integration patterns, authentication flows, and distributed systems.
• Experience working directly with customers on technical problem-solving and solution design.
• Ability to independently analyze complex technical challenges and drive solutions from concept to implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience creating technical documentation, architecture recommendations, and integration guidance.
• Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to operate effectively in a global environment across multiple cultures and time zones.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to share expertise across teams and functions.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with telecommunications operators, CSPs, or network infrastructure providers.
• Familiarity with CAMARA APIs, Open Gateway, TM Forum standards, or related telecom ecosystem initiatives.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and CIBA authentication flows.
• Experience with API productization and API lifecycle management.
• Exposure to standards organizations such as CAMARA, TM Forum, or GSMA.
• Experience designing developer-facing solutions, developer tooling, or platform integrations.

India, Singapore, Poland or Spain
