Job Description:

Manages and deploys monthly digital content priority campaigns. Oversees daily execution of the digital content editorial calendar. Participates in regular newsroom and editorial meetings with regional marketing partners and the content team. Communicates updates on ongoing projects, outstanding questions, and requests, while raising concerns on projects that could impact the digital team or priorities. Stays current on digital marketing best practices and techniques for creating effective and engaging web content. Develops content strategies with an eye on critical priorities to help improve consumer communication across all digital touchpoints. Provides content solutions and execution for clients’ digital marketing goals. Maintains constant communication with clients and has a firm understanding of their initiatives in their marketing campaigns. Utilizes strong analytical skills to evaluate analytics across multiple channels. Monitors and generates content reports to determine best practices. Provides ongoing proactive learning and optimization opportunities for team members by actively using analytical tools. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Windows Applications: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint [Required]
• Proficient in social media and content management systems. [Preferred]
• Proficient in Google AdWords and Analytics. [Preferred]
• Excellent skills in social media platforms, organic social media, and paid social media [Required]
• Experience with real-time analytics [Required]
• A genuine love for and excitement about the internet [Required]
• Expertise in AP writing style, copywriting, and copyediting. [Required]
• Ability to adapt writing style to multiple platforms/audiences including advertising copy, blog content, social media content, web content, internal communications, thought leadership, and more. [Required]
• Strong verbal and written communications, organization, and project management skills. [Required]
• Must be detail oriented and able to remain calm under high-pressure situations and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to maintain flexibility is important. [Required]
• Development of written communications that are in alignment with core business strategies and brand messaging. [Required]
• Must be a team player with the ability to actively collaborate, influence and build consensus. Ability to communicate effectively with all types of audiences and key stakeholders. [Required]
• Computer skills are required including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as media tracking software. [Required]
• Must be hard working and ethical. [Required]
• Working knowledge of Health Care Industry services and trends. [Preferred]
• Working knowledge of thought leadership and how to build a thought leadership platform. [Preferred]

• Bachelor's [Required]

• 2+ years of experience [Required]

Pay Range:

$60,756.80 - $113,006.40
