- Leads the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for provider compensation.
- Manages physician compensation models, including planning acquisitions and service line development.
- Participates in the Provider Compensation Governance Committee for Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
- Ensures all physician call payments are made timely and accurately, and updates call template invoices yearly.
- Works with hospital on the Master Call Agreement and ensures Medical Director payments are according to the contract.
- Aids in the development, monitoring, and production of automated calculations and reporting dashboards.
- Conducts annual analytical reviews of each employed provider’s pay structure to deliver a fair market value plan that meets Commercial Reasonableness Testing.
- Collaborates with AHSPE in CR Watchlist activities and coordinates reporting and monitoring of Action Plans for CR and FMV.
- Identifies areas of potential risk and under-performance, coordinating action plans in collaboration with leadership.
- Monitors and manages any overpayments in provider compensation with leadership.
- Calculates the financial impact of new compensation plans.
- Communicates effectively and works collaboratively with legal services, management, compliance, internal audit, and finance to support regulatory and business requirements.

Pay Range:
$55,224.00 - $102,731.20Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
