- Aligns development, management, and execution of critical initiatives with ongoing tracking, progress accountability, and reporting.
- Develops and oversees internal professional development programs, ensuring timeline visibility, knowledge transfer, and sharing best practices.
- Manages and supports the assessment of organizational needs by identifying trends and leveraging complex data to understand gaps, needs, and risks.
- Facilitates the advancement of strategic learning initiatives by structuring complex issues into phased workstreams and deliverables.
- Stays informed on industry trends through research, data analysis, and synthesis.
- Develops and communicates findings, considerations, and recommendations to enhance organizational learning and development resources.
- Leads, coordinates, executes, facilitates, and monitors performance outcomes and participant utilization to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Establishes metrics for accountability and tracks utilization of learning programs.
- Provides strategic consulting, nurtures alliances, and bridges gaps in learning and development strategies to support leaders and teams.
- Develops processes for continuous improvement in partnership with the Regional CPO related to program evaluation.
- Collaborates with various stakeholder groups to execute strategic learning objectives and ensure alignment.
- Ensures project goals and objectives are achieved within the established scope and timeline.

Pay Range:
