- Location: Sports Med and Rehab team at 600 Courtland Street, Orlando FL, but will be required to travel to events within Florida.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, but there will be an expectation to work some weekends when there is an event that Sports Med & Rehab is attending. Work schedule can be adjusted to accommodate any weekend work.
- Ensures academic affiliation agreements are current, properly documented, and stored in an accessible and up-to-date database with expiration tracking.
- Coordinates with graduate medical education (GME) and medical school clerkship coordinators to support rotating students, residents, and fellows across facilities.
- Collaborates with internal departments such as IT, security, human resources, and compliance to facilitate student onboarding and ensure adherence to organizational policies.
- Conducts audits, including Office of Inspector General checks, and submits required compliance reports in alignment with organizational standards.
- Maintains awareness of other organizational departments and services to appropriately direct inquiries related to non-clinical experiences or volunteer opportunities.
- Prepares and delivers student orientation materials, oversees system and badge access, and ensures access is deactivated upon program completion.
- Acts as the main point of contact for student-related inquiries, supporting learners, preceptors, and school coordinators throughout the application and rotation process.
- Maintains and updates educational materials including orientation manuals, confidentiality agreements, application templates, affiliation agreement templates, and onboarding checklists. Tracks and reports student data, including monthly metrics and rotation statistics, and prepares summaries for internal committees or leadership teams. Coordinates the placement process for students across various programs, ensuring all onboarding and pre-boarding requirements are completed prior to rotation start dates.

- Experience in graduate medical education (GME) [Preferred]
- Experience using residency program management software [Preferred]
- Experience with affiliation agreements and legal terminology [Preferred]
Education:
- Bachelor's [Required]
Field of Study:

Work Experience:
- 2+ of experience in an office setting [Required]
