  • Ведение делопроизводства в полном объеме (подготовка приказов, распоряжений, служебных записок), отправка документации в главный офис компании
  • Составление деловых писем
  • Работа с вахтовым персоналом
  • Сбор материалов и информации, необходимых руководителю
  • Работа с персоналом на строительном участке (контроль приезжающих/уезжающих на вахту/с вахты; формирование заявок на билеты; контроль получения пропусков работниками)
  • Выполнение работы по формированию, ведению и хранению базы данных плановой информации
  • Выполнение поручений руководителя

Требования:

  • Опыт работы в должности секретарь, помощник, делопроизводитель - от одного года желательно .
  • Грамотная речь, стрессоустойчивость, внимание к деталям
  • Владение офисными программами
  • Умение работать в режиме многозадачности

Условия:

Место работы :ИЗП

  • График работы 6/1 в субботу до 14.00
  • Доставка сотрудников служебным транспортном
