Международная фармацевтическая компания ищет в командуРуководителя команды бизнес-аналитики

Ключевые задачи:

  • Управление командой: развитие группы из 2+ аналитиков (Product, Business, Web/Mobile), проведение встреч 1-на-1, адаптация новичков и управление эффективностью сотрудников по методологиям Agile/Kanban.
  • Аналитическое лидерство: преобразование бизнес-задач в гипотезы, контроль качества дашбордов (Tableau, Analytic Workspace), руководство проектами A/B-тестирования и прогнозной аналитики.
  • Работа с данными: оптимизация пайплайнов обработки данных, глубокий анализ больших массивов информации из DWH и CRM для поиска точек роста бизнеса.
  • Коммуникация: взаимодействие со стейкхолдерами из отделов продаж и маркетинга, защита выводов перед руководством и продвижение культуры принятия решений на основе данных.

От кандидата требуется:

  • Опыт в аналитике от 5 лет и руководящий стаж от 2 лет.
  • Подтвержденный опыт создания высокоэффективных команд и управления межфункциональными проектами.
  • Продвинутый уровень SQL и уверенное владение инструментами визуализации (Tableau/Analytic Workspace).
  • Английский язык не ниже уровня B2.
  • Будет плюсом: знание Python, опыт внедрения BI-систем или применения ML-моделей.
