Nous recherchons un profil expérimenté SLA Coordinator / IT Governance pour une mission à forte priorité dans le secteur bancaire et financier.
Missions principales
- Gérer et prioriser l'inventaire des activités / arrangements, avec une matrice de priorisation basée sur les risques
- Réaliser les gap analysis et identifier les contrôles manquants, les causes racines et les impacts compliance
- Piloter la planification et l'exécution des remédiations : actions, responsables, échéances, ressources et suivi
- Coordonner la collecte, validation et archivage des preuves
- Assurer le suivi de l'avancement et préparer les reportings hebdomadaires
- Maintenir des dashboards Excel / Power BI permettant de suivre les taux de remédiation
- Préparer le dossier final de clôture et de handover : analyse des gaps, synthèse des remédiations, preuves, documentation et lessons learned
- Coordonner les différents stakeholders Business / IT
- Organiser le workshop final de handover et de knowledge transfer
Compétences recherchées
- Solides compétences en coordination et gestion des parties prenantes
- Très bonnes capacités d'analyse, d'organisation et de suivi
- Expérience en remédiation, contrôle, risques et compliance
- Excellentes capacités de documentation et communication
- Maîtrise d'Excel et/ou Power BI
- Capacité à piloter plusieurs actions et interlocuteurs jusqu'à leur clôture
