Sr. Performance Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in the development of digital media plan options and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate budget control and flow of media activity and update the client on the timeline on a consistent basis.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of online media fundamentals, including media math, target audience development, and communication goals (reach/frequency).
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance and addressing inquiries.
• Conduct client meetings to discuss strategy, performance, and future opportunities.
• Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of Google Marketplace Ads campaigns.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience ( Agency background) with a master's degree in a similar field.
• At least a year of team-leading experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the full funnel of an e-commerce website.
• Google and FB certification.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Should have handled budgets over 2CR for marketing campaigns.
• Self-directed and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Project Management and multitasking.
• Astute business sense and analytical ability with great articulation skills.
