Job Brief

This role is primarily responsible to develop visual communications on moderately complex project requirements and provide end-to-end design solutions to key stakeholders. This includes managing the design from conceptualization, implementation and production of high-quality brochures, technical reports, editorial, advertisement content, and all other relevant marketing collaterals.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage end-to-end graphic design production efforts including graphic design of qualifications, proposals, presentations, marketing collaterals
  • Lay out bid documents, capability statements and other work winning materials
  • Create unique concepts and produce presentation materials for internal and external events such as seminars, workshops, and client events
  • Prepare artwork such as banners, stands, and staging and format and layout based on templates and bespoke designs
  • Edit, retouch, and correct images and layouts
  • Create and edit diagrams, organization and process charts, infographics, and iconography
  • Prepare content for digital channels including social media, web, and other relevant platforms
  • Convert print materials into interactive materials
  • Collate and manage content and feedback from various sources including writers, managers, and graphic designers
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and ensure project briefs and deadlines are successfully achieved
  • Ensure the visual brand identity guidelines are always adhered to
  • Contribute specialized expertise to different assigned projects and provide key updates to Team Lead and Manager
  • May participate in client meetings and directly interact with client to gather information and discuss project requirements
  • Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to the Team Lead and Manager. May support junior members of the team in addressing routine issues within the assigned processes.
  • Shift Schedule: 9AM to 6PM (Morning shift)
  • Amenable for hybrid set-up: 1x per week RTO
  • Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course, preferably in Graphic Arts, Design, Communications, or equivalent courses
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a corporate environment, outsourcing, shared services, or similar model within Graphic Design function or any other relevant roles and functions
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a solid background in print, editorial, layout and/or bid design.
    • Portfolio related to proposals, business presentations and related, not just marketing collaterals is required.

  • Excellent proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is required
  • Experience using After Effects and Premier or other similar tools and platforms is preferred
  • Experience in utilizing AI tools in design and/or similar platforms is an advantage
