Working with a high performing team of engineers, designers and drafters with a passion for digital delivery, you will support the team in delivering projects across a diverse range of infrastructure and development projects. Your role will focus on the core civil engineering discipline, associated with roadworks, stormwater drainage & flooding, earthworks, pavements, water and sewerage infrastructure for key clients across Defence, Transport, Water Resources, Mining and Resource industries. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with best-in-industry peers across our organisation to create whole-of-business success for projects.

We are looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team in Adelaide as part of the 2027 Graduate Program.

How you’ll make a difference:

  • Support the planning and design of civil engineering infrastructure; roads & transport, stormwater assets (quantity and quality), services/utilities, earthworks, etc.
  • Use design standards and practices for civil infrastructure design (for example; Austroads, SA Water, DIT or Water Services Australia (WSA) Standards).
  • Conduct detailed design of Civil elements, including Civil Arrangements Design, Roadway/Carpark/Cycleway/Footpath Geometric Design, Stormwater Pit and Pipe Design, Stormwater Quality Assessment, Design Management and coordination of multi-disciplinary design inputs.
  • Contribute to project or design management.

  • Graduate Attributes: We’re seeking graduates with strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering or any related discipline.
  • Defence Clearance: Candidates need to be Australian Citizens for this role.
  • Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
  • Commencement: This role is for the 2027 Graduate Program. Commencement is from February 2027 - August 2027.
