- Candidate must be Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
- Candidate should be well versed in Design of Plumbing & Fire fighting with total experience of minimum 6 years
- Data Centers and Healthcare experience will be added advantage
- Relevant experience working in GDC type of environment is preferable
- Candidate should have good experience in Revit
- Experience in UK will be added advantage.
- Candidate should have awareness of International Codes like NFPA, ME codes, IPC etc
- Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.
- Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.
- Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.
- Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered using modifications of standard procedures or methods developed in previous assignments.
- Provides guidance to entry level engineers.
- Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with little supervision.
- Independently performs all the tasks necessary to complete primary design
elements for engineering works.
- Performance at this level requires developmental experience in a professional position.
- Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings.
The successful candidate will have the following Qualifications:
- Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in GDC type of environment.
- Experience in retail and hospitality medium to large projects.
- Should be well versed with ASHRAE/CIBSE/NFPA standards and regulations.
- Should have experience in commercial, residential, datacenter, and infrastructure projects from different geographies - Middle East, USA, Canada, ANZ Region.
- Candidate should be well versed with International Fire Codes like NFPA and ME Codes
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of energy modeling software (e.g., eQUEST, EnergyPlus, or IES-VE).
