Full - Stack Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems.
• Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered applications and services.
• Work with LLM APIs, AI agents, RAG pipelines, tool calling, or other GenAI technologies.
• Design and develop robust APIs, microservices, and distributed backend systems.
• Take ownership of features from architecture and development through deployment and production support.
• Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Debug complex production issues and drive them to resolution.
• Evaluate and integrate new AI/LLM technologies where relevant.
• Contribute to engineering best practices, system design, testing, and code quality.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of strong software/backend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one OOP language, such as Python, Java, Go/Golang, C++, or another strong OOP language.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with AI/LLMs/GenAI.
• Experience building or deploying production-grade AI/LLM applications.
• Strong understanding of backend engineering, APIs, databases, and system design.
• Experience working with scalable and distributed systems is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to independently own and deliver technically complex projects.
• Candidates should have practical experience with areas such as LLM-based applications, generative AI, RAG, AI agents/agentic workflows, LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc., prompt engineering and LLM orchestration, Tool/function callin.
