職務内容

Planning and Proposal

• Based on briefs or requests for proposal, identify what roles need be assigned for that project and coordinate project teams with each team manager’s support.
• Communicate with team members and create project schedule with understandings of timeframe of each process.
• Propose the schedule to clients and manage client’s expectations as in release/launch timing.
• Help account teams to make cost estimates.

Management of execution

• Have deep understandings of requested deliveries to make sure all of them will be made.

Create production schedule based on team members’ capacity and list up tasks of projects with utilizing project management tools.

• Coordinate status meetings internally and/or with clients when necessary.
• Continually manage projects through execution and delivery against the campaign schedule and work plan.
• Track status of each tasks and follow up team members and/or clients in advance, in case any risk of delivery may occur, and come up with ideas of workaround when we face the risks.
• Ensure completion of production activities

Project Close

• Lead an internal post-mortem team meeting
• Provides final status on project profitability, timing, and actual work time vs. estimated
• Maintain project history documentation for all projects (e.g. all rounds of creative, change orders, correspondence, estimates, final release mechanicals and printed samples)
• Ensure all campaign estimates, deliverables and associated IP are appropriately stored in accessible file sharing system.

応募条件

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Business level English communication skills
• Knowledge of production flow and process of digital assets, websites, online campaigns and system development (e.g. E-commerce) etc.
• Minimum 2+ years of project management experience managing large customer oriented complex projects.
• Experience of using project management tools (e.g. Jira, Backlog, Smartsheet, Wrike) a strong plus.
• PMI certification a strong plus.
• Experience of working in a marketing organization, IT consultation firm, web development firm, etc.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• MS Project knowledge is required
• Working knowledge/familiarity with content management systems, application servers and database servers.
