Deine Aufgaben:

Für unsere wachsende Unternehmensgruppe suchen wir dich als (Senior) Controller (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Beteiligungen. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit der Geschäftsleitung zusammen und übernimmst Verantwortung für mehrere Gesellschaften im In- und Ausland.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für das Beteiligungscontrolling mehrerer Gesellschaften
  • Sparringspartner für die Geschäftsleitungen der betreuten Einheiten
  • Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen in enger Abstimmung mit der Hauptbuchhaltung
  • Erstellung von Monats- und Quartalsreports im Konzernumfeld inkl.
    • Intercompany-Abstimmungen
    • Kostenstellenanalysen
    • Reporting an Geschäftsleitung, Beirat und Banken
  • Planung und Steuerung von Budgets sowie rollierenden Forecasts
  • Durchführung von Szenarioanalysen und Ableitung fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Analysen und Benchmarks
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Koordination von Jahresabschlüssen (national & international)
  • Mitarbeit an strategischen Projekten (z. B. Prozessoptimierung, Digitalisierung, Einführung neuer Tools)
  • Mitwirkung auf Konzernebene (Konsolidierung von Finanzdaten, Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung von Reporting-Strukturen)

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Controlling, Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 3-5 Jahre) im Controlling oder in der Bilanzbuchhaltung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB (IFRS von Vorteil)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und LucaNet ist für diese Position wichtig
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
