(Senior) DevOps Engineer (m/f/x)

Deine Aufgaben:

You work in a dedicated team on innovative solutions in a dynamic, product-oriented environment. You take end-to-end responsibility for our infrastructure and DevOps processes - from the Kubernetes platform and CI/CD pipelines through to monitoring, databases, and security.

Your tasks:

• Kubernetes& containers: operationand expansionof ourclusters- node setup, upgrades, deployments, troubleshooting, and application testing; onboardingof development teams ontothe platform; managementof Docker-based container solutionsand their integration intothe existing infrastructure
• CI/CD & GitOps: maintenanceand further developmentof our GitLab environment, including pipelines, runners, the GitLabAgent for Kubernetes, and the Jira integration; GitOps-based delivery with ArgoCDorFlux
• Automation & Infrastructure as Code: provisioningand configuration management withTerraform and Ansible
• Databases: installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshootingof our database systems
• Observability: setupand operationof ELK / TIG / GrafanaAlloy stacks- installation, configuration, dashboards, and alerting
• Networks & diagnostics:analysis and optimisationof our networks; log file analysisand systematicroot cause analysis, upto and including complex incidentsat packet level
• Security: security checksat applicationand infrastructurelevel, plus security gatesin the pipeline(SAST, dependency/SCA scanning, secretsdetection, SBOM generation, artifactsigning)

Dein Profil:

• A degreein computerscience, a STEM subject, oran equivalent qualification gained through several yearsof professional experience
• Strong Linux skillsand solid networking fundamentals(TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, MTU/routing) with proven troubleshooting ability
• At least 3 yearsof hands-on Kubernetes experiencein production environments, along with container technologies(Docker/OCI)
• Hands-on depth with GitLabCI/CD or comparable systems, and with GitOps toolingsuch as ArgoCDorFlux
• Practical experience automating infrastructureand configurationas code withTerraform and Ansible
• Excellent analyticaland debugging skills, witha structured, detail-oriented wayof working
• A collaborative mindset: you enjoy developing solutions together, documentyour work, and share knowledge acrossthe team

Nice to have:

• Experience witha specific cloud platform(OCI, Azure, AWS, orGCP) and with migration projects
• Familiarity with Dev Sec Ops toolchainssuch as Sonar Qube, SonatypeLifecycle, Trivy, or Cosign/Sigstore
