1. Product Commissioning at Customer Site •ออกปฏิบัติงาน Commissioning ระบบผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท ณ ไซด์งานลูกค้า หลังจาก Engineer ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ฮาร์ดแวร์เสร็จสิ้นแล้ว•ตั้งค่า ทดสอบ และตรวจสอบการทำงานของระบบให้ครบถ้วนตามข้อกำหนดของโครงการ (Configuration & Functional Test)•ดำเนินการทดสอบระบบร่วมกับลูกค้า (Site Acceptance Test: SAT) และแก้ไขปัญหาที่พบในระหว่างการทดสอบ•ประสานงานกับทีม Engineer, Project Manager และตัวแทนลูกค้าตลอดกระบวนการ Commissioning•จัดทำเอกสารส่งมอบงาน เช่น Commissioning Report, Checklist อย่างครบถ้วนถูกต้อง•สาธิตการใช้งานระบบและให้ความรู้เบื้องต้นแก่ผู้ใช้งานของลูกค้าหลังจาก Commissioning เสร็จสิ้น

Qualifications

ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน IT Support อย่างน้อย 2–5 ปี
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการออก Site งาน, Commissioning หรือ System Integration จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีความรู้และทักษะด้านระบบ Network (TCP/IP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, Firewall) สามารถ Configure อุปกรณ์ Network พื้นฐานได้
สามารถติดตั้ง ตั้งค่า และดูแล Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Active Directory และ Group Policy ได้
มีความรู้ด้าน Cybersecurity พื้นฐาน เช่น Antivirus , VPN
สามารถใช้งานเครื่องมือ Remote Support เช่น TeamViewer ได้
มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอที่ดี สามารถอธิบายปัญหาด้านเทคนิคให้ผู้ใช้งานทั่วไปเข้าใจได้
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานที่ไซด์งานลูกค้าที่ต่างจังหวัดได้
