Deine Aufgaben
- Trusted Advisor: Du begleitest Kunden nach dem Onboarding, planst strategisch (EBRs) und löst Reibungspunkte, auch in anspruchsvollen Eskalationsmeetings.
- Sales Processes: Du verhandelst Renewals, managest Churn-Anfragen und qualifizierst Upsell-Potenziale (Demos), die dann an unsere Expansion Manager weitergeleitet werden.
- Sales Excellence: Du pflegst Dein CRM akribisch, optimierst Prozesse und teilst Best Practices im Team.
Als Account Manager (m/w/d) steuerst Du Dein Portfolio (ca. 400 Kunden) komplett eigenverantwortlich. Deine Rolle ist kommerziell, Du fokussierst Dich auf Beziehungsmanagement, Umsatzsicherung und Wachstum.

- Stressresilienz: Du bleibst positiv und lösungsorientiert, auch wenn Kunden mal unzufrieden sind.
