Field Service Engineer

Your Profile As a Field Service Engineer, you will partner with a diverse array of laboratories. You will blend technical technical prowess with exceptional communication skills, creativity, and a proactive, can-do attitude. By operating as a trusted "Value Advisor," you will go beyond troubleshooting to proactively solve complex customer problems and deliver the highest standard of customer-centric service.
Your Core Responsibilities
End-to-End Technical Execution: Lead the on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of Agilent systems, encompassing complex hardware, software, operating systems, and networking products.
Proactive System Optimization: Diagnose and resolve intricate product performance issues, responding proactively to potential equipment vulnerabilities to prevent unplanned business interruptions.
Customer-Centric Advisory: Act as a strategic partner by advising customers on preventive maintenance, system configurations, and operational best practices that elevate performance and ensure strict data integrity.
Integrated Solutions Delivery: Deploy and configure fully integrated technical solutions-seamlessly connecting peripherals, communications, and application software to meet rigorous industry and compliance standards.
Qualifications
A Bachelors or master’s degree within the science field - e.g. chemistry, analytical chemistry biochemistry, biotechnology or simila
4+ years of experience in a similar position or experience as an end user
Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
Experience with the Agilent solutions is desired but not essential
Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely
You enjoy travelling and visiting customers

This job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
