AR & AP Accountant

About Job:
1. Reconcile statement with customer and prepare invoice to Japan customers, identify and resolve issues if there’s discrepancy 10%
2. Credit control including block customer shipment which have past due AR,keep close communication with co-workers, customers, and Interco customers to lean process and solve issues 30%
3. Manage cash application process by collecting bank statements or customer ’s payment detail 20%
4. Prepare AR Aging report and do analysis 10%
5. AP invoice collection、PO MIRO、Non-PO Invoice Processing、GRIR management and other AP process 30%
About you:
1.Bachelor'sdegree in finance or accounting
2.Communication skill in Chinese, English and Japanese is essential.
3.Minimum 2 years working experience in accounting department
4.Have the working experience in oversea enterprise
5.Computer literate and proficiency in MS Excel (familiar SAP will be a plus)
